Arrival: All parade entrants, including Saturday morning arrivals, are required to assemble and begin the parade route at the Douglas County Fairgrounds at 2120 Harper.

Total Number of Horses (We no longer have access to stall materials used in the past which will limit availability. Priority will be given to those entrants travelling over 50 miles. Where feasible, we ask that horses be kept in trailers overnight. Security will be at the fairgrounds from 5:00 PM Fri. to 8:00 AM Sat.): Reservations are now required to board horses at the Douglas County Fairgrounds. Stalls assigned at arrival. Please let us know below if you will need to board horses Friday night.
